  • 1 (9 oz.) graham cracker crust
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 8 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 3/4 c. milk

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together using mixer for about 2 minutes. Pour into pie crust and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 300°. Immediately sprinkle with cinnamon.

    Place in refrigerator until set.
