- 12 lamb cutlets
- marinade
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- salt
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons oil
Directions

1Marinade: Combine all the ingredients and spread evenly over the lamb cutlets.

2Allow to marinade at least one hour in refrigerator.

3Heat the barbecue and place the cutlets on an oiled flatplate or grill.

4Cook for 5 minutes, turn and cook for a further 5.

5Nice served with a mango chutney.
