- 1 pkg. Pillsbury pie crust (already made)
- 16 oz. Mexican Velveeta
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 oz. chopped green chilies, drained
- 1 can pinto beans, drained
Directions

1Place one pie crust on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam.

2Slice the Mexican Velveeta cheese thin and place on uncooked crust, leaving about an inch around edge.

3On top of Velveeta, place the Montery Jack cheese, sliced thin.

4Layer the green chilies and pinto beans on top of cheese.

5Top with second pie crust and seal the edges.

6Beat an egg and brush the top crust.
