- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- graham cracker pie crust
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream the cream cheese until smooth and blend with eggs, 2/3 cup sugar and vanilla.

2Pour into pie crust.

3Bake in a moderately hot oven at 370° for 20 minutes.

4Remove pie from oven; cool 15 minutes.

5Meanwhile, combine sour cream with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

6Carefully spread over filling.

7Return pie to very hot oven at 425° and bake 10 minutes.

8Cool pie, then let sit overnight before serving.
