- 1 lb. cooked sausage, crumbled (can use ham or bacon, chopped)
- 6 slices bacon, crusts removed
- softened oleo
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs, beaten by hand
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Remove crusts from bread; spread both sides with oleo.

2Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

3Sprinkle with meat of your choice; top with cheese.

4Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat and cheese.

5Chill at least 8 hours (better overnight).

6Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
