- 12 ounces, weight Shredded Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cups Milk
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1/4 teaspoons Dry Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons Parsley Flakes
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
Directions

1Cut bread into cubes. Butter a deep casserole dish.

2Beginning with bread cubes, alternate layering bread and cheese, making two layers of each.

3Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the bread and cheese. Cover and chill for at least five hours (or overnight).

4Uncover the dish and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
