Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3/4 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp Italian spice mix
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375.

    Bring to a boil the water, milk, and butter.

    Take off the burner and add the cup of flour.
  4. 4
    Stir with a wooden spoon until it starts to pull from the sides of the pot (about 2 minutes).

    Crack each egg one at a time directly into the mix, stirring each one until it is completely mixed in before adding the next one.

    Stir in your cheese.

    It's your choice on what kind to use.

    I personally used a 3 cheese mix.

    (Italian herbs and cayenne are optional).

    Drop spoonfuls of the mix on a baking sheet.

    Bake for about 20 minutes.
