- 2 eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp Italian spice mix
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375.

2Bring to a boil the water, milk, and butter.

3Take off the burner and add the cup of flour.

4Stir with a wooden spoon until it starts to pull from the sides of the pot (about 2 minutes).

5Crack each egg one at a time directly into the mix, stirring each one until it is completely mixed in before adding the next one.

6Stir in your cheese.

7It's your choice on what kind to use.

8I personally used a 3 cheese mix.

9(Italian herbs and cayenne are optional).

10Drop spoonfuls of the mix on a baking sheet.

11Bake for about 20 minutes.
