  • 10 to 12 medium potatoes, cooked
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Beat together all ingredients.

    Put into a 9 x 13-inch butter pan.

    Dot with butter. Cover tightly and refrigerate until 1 hour before serving time.

    Bake for 1 hour at 350°.

    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and return to oven for 5 or 10 minutes until melted and bubbly.
