- 10 to 12 medium potatoes, cooked
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Beat together all ingredients.

2Put into a 9 x 13-inch butter pan.

3Dot with butter. Cover tightly and refrigerate until 1 hour before serving time.

4Bake for 1 hour at 350°.

5Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and return to oven for 5 or 10 minutes until melted and bubbly.
