  • 8 medium potatoes, peeled and cooked
  • 8 oz. Velveeta
  • 1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 lb. bacon or bits
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Cook potatoes with skin on, peel and dice.

    In a bowl mix all ingredients but bacon.

    Put in buttered casserole.

    Cook, drain and chop bacon and put on top.

    Bake at 350° for 1/2 to 1 hour or put in a slow cooker.
