  • 3 1/2 lb. potatoes
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 c. Cheez-Its crackers
  • 2 c. Velveeta, cubed
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Boil potatoes until tender all the way through, then cube. Pour the milk in the bottom of a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Place boiled potatoes on top of milk. Add cheese, flour and pepper and mix well. Sprinkle the top with crushed Cheez-Its crackers. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
