  • 8 to 10 potatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • butter
  • paprika
  • chives
  • garlic salt

Directions

    Boil the potatoes.

    Mash.

    Beat cream cheese and sour cream until well blended. Add hot potatoes gradually until well blended. Add milk if too stiff.

    Season to taste.

    Dot with butter.

    Bake in a greased 2-quart casserole at 350° for 1 hour.
