- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 c. milk
- 12 oz. cheese, cubed
- 4 lb. (8 c.) potatoes, peeled, cooked and thinly sliced
- paprika
Directions

1Melt butter in a saucepan.

2Add flour, salt and pepper.

3Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly.

4Add milk all at once; cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.

5Cook and stir 1 minute more.

6Remove from heat.
