  • 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 pt. mayonnaise
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
  • 1/2 lb. diced onion, fried

Directions

    Melt cheese and mayonnaise over low heat. Add bacon and onion. Pour over thawed potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Cover lightly. Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Stir once.
