- 10 to 12 medium potatoes
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 c. crushed corn flakes or potato chips
Directions

1Boil potatoes; cool and grate.

2Mix together grated potatoes, soup, butter, sour cream, onion and cheese.

3Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Top with crushed flakes or chips.

5Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350°.

6(Can be made ahead and frozen but do not bake if you plan to freeze.

7To serve next day, store in refrigerator.)
