  • 8 large potatoes, sliced thin
  • 1 medium onion
  • 5 slices bacon, cooked
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • salt and pepper

    Spray a 13 x 9-inch Pyrex dish with Pam.

    Arrange potatoes and add onions.

    Crumble bacon.

    Sprinkle with cheese.

    Top with sliced butter, salt and pepper.

    Cover foil and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done at 350°.
