  • 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. onion chopped
  • 1 stick margarine (softened)
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Fix potatoes as directed on box.

    Add the rest of ingredients. Pour into greased baking dish.

    Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
