  • 6 or 8 Idaho potatoes
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 3/8 tsp. pepper
  • paprika

Directions

    Peel and quarter potatoes.

    Melt oleo in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan or casserole dish.

    Mix all dry ingredients and put in Ziploc bag. Shake potatoes in bag and roll in melted oleo.

    Pour remaining dry ingredients from Ziploc over potatoes.

    Sprinkle generously with paprika.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour uncovered.

    Do not turn potatoes while cooking.
