- 6 or 8 Idaho potatoes
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 stick oleo
- 3/8 tsp. pepper
- paprika
Directions

1Peel and quarter potatoes.

2Melt oleo in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan or casserole dish.

3Mix all dry ingredients and put in Ziploc bag. Shake potatoes in bag and roll in melted oleo.

4Pour remaining dry ingredients from Ziploc over potatoes.

5Sprinkle generously with paprika.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour uncovered.

7Do not turn potatoes while cooking.
