  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 12 cup butter
  • 2 lbs ore ida hash browns, thawed

    Heat half & half, Velveeta, and butter over low hear until melted.

    Put potatoes in 9x13 pan.

    Pour cheese mixture over potatoes; gently stir.
