  • 2 lbs frozen hash browns
  • 12 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 12 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt or pepper
  • 1 cup corn flakes (crushed)
  • 14 cup butter (melted)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except corn flakes and 1/4 cup butter.

    Put into a 9x13 pan.

    Melt butter in separate bowl and toss corn flakes until coated.

    Sprinkle topping over potato mixture.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
