  • 4 to 6 potatoes, sliced thin
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/4 c. grated onions
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Layer potatoes in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Melt butter in saucepan with onion and salt.

    Pour butter mixture over potatoes and bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

    Sprinkle cheese over potatoes, then parsley. Bake for 15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
