  • 4 to 5 medium potatoes
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 lb. crisp bacon, crushed (may use Bac*Os)

Directions

    Peel and quarter potatoes.

    Place in baking dish.

    Top with cheese, sour cream and bacon.

    Bake in oven until potatoes are done (about 45 minutes to 1 hour) and cheese is bubbly.

    Oven temperature should be about 350°.
