- 4 to 5 medium potatoes
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 lb. crisp bacon, crushed (may use Bac*Os)
Directions

1Peel and quarter potatoes.

2Place in baking dish.

3Top with cheese, sour cream and bacon.

4Bake in oven until potatoes are done (about 45 minutes to 1 hour) and cheese is bubbly.

5Oven temperature should be about 350°.
