  • 2 to 3 potatoes
  • 1/4 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 level tsp. flour
  • 1/4 lb. cheese
  • dash of garlic salt
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. milk

Directions

    Slice and cook potatoes.

    Stir together the margarine, flour, milk, cheese and garlic salt until all are heated and blended.

    Put potatoes in a baking dish.

    Pour cheese mixture over potatoes. Bake at 250° until bubbling.

    Can be doubled easily.
