- 2 to 3 potatoes
- 1/4 stick margarine, melted
- 1 level tsp. flour
- 1/4 lb. cheese
- dash of garlic salt
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
Directions

1Slice and cook potatoes.

2Stir together the margarine, flour, milk, cheese and garlic salt until all are heated and blended.

3Put potatoes in a baking dish.

4Pour cheese mixture over potatoes. Bake at 250° until bubbling.

5Can be doubled easily.
