- 6 to 8 medium-size potatoes
- 10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 container sour cream
- 3/4 to 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- crushed corn flakes
Directions

1Boil potatoes with skins on.

2After they cool, peel and grate them.

3Mix everything together with hands.

4Top with crushed corn flakes.

5Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes, or until hot.
