  • 6 to 8 medium-size potatoes
  • 10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 container sour cream
  • 3/4 to 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • crushed corn flakes

Directions

    Boil potatoes with skins on.

    After they cool, peel and grate them.

    Mix everything together with hands.

    Top with crushed corn flakes.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes, or until hot.
