  • 2 cups leftover meat pieces
  • 2 slices bread squeezed
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon bacon drippings
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 3 slices bacon diced
  • 1 egg
  • 3 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons butter melted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons bread crumbs

    Grind the meat with bread.

    To prepare dough, mix the egg with the flour, add a dash of salt and as much water as needed to knead a smooth loose dough.
