- 9 medium potatoes
- 1/2 pt. sour cream (1 c.)
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Melt margarine and saute onions.

2Add cheese, soup and sour cream until smooth.

3Boil potatoes, not too done. Let cool and cube into small cubes.

4Mix with soup mixture.

5Put in buttered casserole and top with 2 tablespoons margarine.

6Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.
