  • 2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Directions

    Defrost potatoes.

    Grate Velveeta and Cheddar cheese.

    Mix these ingredients with the mayonnaise (do not use salad dressing). Bake at 250° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
