  • 6 to 10 medium potatoes
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Peel and dice potatoes.

    Cook in boiling water until soft (not too soft).

    Put in ovenware bowl; add milk, butter, cheese, salt and pepper.

    Bake at 350° for 15 to 25 minutes.
