- 9 slices bread
- 1 stick margarine
- 3/4 lb. sharp cheese
- 2 c. sweet milk
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- dash of salt and black pepper
Directions

1Trim bread and dice.

2Put in glass dish and pour melted butter over.

3Add cheese and stir.

4Mix other ingredients together and pour over bread.

5Stir lightly.

6Beat egg whites and pat on top. Cook at 325° to 350° (ovens vary) until brown on top.
