- 1/4 cup prepared salsa
- 1 1/2 tablespoons shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon drained and rinsed canned black beans
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 (6 inch) whole-wheat tortillas
- 1/2 teaspoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon prepared guacamole
- 1 tablespoon chopped red bell peppers

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
