  • 1 tablespoon shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon drained and rinsed canned black beans
  • 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 (6 inch) whole-wheat tortillas
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon prepared guacamole
  • 1 tablespoon chopped red bell peppers

    Mix salsa, Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, black beans, and cilantro together in a bowl.
