  • 2 Ripe Mangoes
  • 1 ounce, fluid White Vinegar
  • 1 ounce, fluid Lime, Juice And Zest
  • 3 ounces, fluid Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • Salt And Pepper

Directions

    Peel mangoes and remove seed. Place in a blender or food processor. Once blended, pass through a sieve. Place in a bowl and reserve.

    Add vinegar, lime juice and zest, olive oil, and sugar. Add salt and pepper.

    Adjust seasoning and place in the fridge until needed.
