- 1 (10 ounce) package biscuits (flakey)
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 eggs
- 5 ounces swiss cheese (shredded)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375.

2Lightly spray muffin cups with Pam.

3In medium bowl combing eggs, milk and cream chese.

4Beat with electric mixer until smooth.

5Place one biscuit in each muffin cup and press into bottom forming a small rim.

6Place 1/2 oz swiss cheese in each cup.

7Place about 2 tablespoons of cream cheese mixture over top of each cup.

8Bake 20-25 minutes, until filling is set and rims of the tarts are golden brown.

9Remove from pan and serve warm.
