  • 1 (10 ounce) package biscuits (flakey)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 ounces swiss cheese (shredded)

    Preheat oven to 375.

    Lightly spray muffin cups with Pam.

    In medium bowl combing eggs, milk and cream chese.

    Beat with electric mixer until smooth.

    Place one biscuit in each muffin cup and press into bottom forming a small rim.

    Place 1/2 oz swiss cheese in each cup.

    Place about 2 tablespoons of cream cheese mixture over top of each cup.

    Bake 20-25 minutes, until filling is set and rims of the tarts are golden brown.

    Remove from pan and serve warm.
