- 3 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
- 2 c. shredded American cheese
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1Bring water to boiling point.

2Add butter, salt and rice. Bring to a boil.

3Reduce heat to low and cook covered for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.

4Stir cheese, onion and mustard into hot rice.
