- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup rice (any kind)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- salt
Directions

1Put 2 tablespoons of the butter in a saucepan.

2Melt the butter.

3Add the rice until and mix until every grain of the rice is covered with butter.

4Pour the water and chicken broth.

5Stir once.

6Let the mixture come to a boil.

7As soon as it starts boiling, turn the heat to the lowest and simmer until the rice has absorbed all the water, about 20-25 minutes.

8Turn the heat off.

9Mix the cheese and stir lightly.
