  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 5 drops Tabasco sauce
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Beat egg yolks until thick.

    Combine with butter, milk, cheese and rice and seasonings and mix well.

    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into rice mixture.

    Bake in 350° oven in buttered baking dish, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Serve immediately.
