- 2 sticks butter
- 1 lb. New York sharp cheese
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
- 2 1/2 c. plain flour
Directions

1Let butter and cheese set at room temperature until soft. Grate cheese fine and mix with butter.

2Sift red pepper and salt with flour and add to cheese and butter mixture.

3Add Rice Krispies.

4Roll into small balls.

5Bake at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes.

6Makes 5 to 6 dozen.
