  • 10 oz. medium Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, holding back 1/4 cup pecans.

    Spray ring with Pam and put 1/4 cup pecans in bottom.

    Press cheese mixture in mold and refrigerate.

    Can place small bowl of strawberry jam or olives in center of ring when serving.
