- 5 slices bacon
- 1 onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 12 cup red wine
- 1 teaspoon aldi stonemill brand steak & chops grinder spices (Sea salt, Whole peppercorn, Coriander, Parsley, Whole brown mustard seed, Whole yellow mustard seed)
- 1 lb top round steak
Directions

1Rub dry, ground spices on both sides of steak, to taste.

3Fry bacon until crisp.

4Remove from pan and dry.

5Slice onion.

6Mince garlic.

7Fry onion and garlic in bacon drippings until brown.

8Add wine to onions and garlic.

9Simmer for 1 minute.

10Place steak in frying pan, cover, cook to desired doneness.

11Remove steak from frying pan.

12Crumble bacon into frying pan.

13Thicken gravy.

14Serve over rice.
