  • 1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 to 2 drops Tabasco sauce
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • strawberry preserves

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except strawberry preserves.

    Pack in ring mold sprayed with vegetable spray and chill.

    Unmold on platter and place strawberry preserves in center.

    Line edge of platter with buttery crackers.

    Serves lots.
