  • black pepper
  • 1 small onion, grated very fine
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • dash of red pepper

    Mix and mold in ring.

    Place in refrigerator until chilled. Unmold onto plate and fill center with strawberry preserves. Serve with Waverly crackers.
