- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. milk
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- dash of garlic salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan and blend in flour.

2Add milk and other ingredients.

3Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thick, approximately 7 minutes.

4Serve over cooked and drained vegetables.
