  • 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup finely diced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions

    Dice VELVEETA into a bowl and add the butter, onion and garlic.

    Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.

    Stir and microwave for 1 minute more.

    Serve over cooked veggies such as cauliflower, cabbage or broccoli.
