- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup finely diced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions

1Dice VELVEETA into a bowl and add the butter, onion and garlic.

2Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.

3Stir and microwave for 1 minute more.

4Serve over cooked veggies such as cauliflower, cabbage or broccoli.
