  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

    Gradually add milk, stirring and until well mixed

    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth
