Cheese Sauce

Directions

   Place cheese in a double boiler top.

   Cook over boiling water until cheese is melted.

   Slowly add milk, stirring constantly, until sauce is smooth. Add Tabasco sauce and mustard. Blend thoroughly.

   Yields 2 cups.
