  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 6 oz. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Dissolve flour in water.

    Heat water.

    Add salt, mustard and butter.

    Add cheese.

    Stir constantly until thick.

    Pour into jars. Let cool, then refrigerate.
