- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp. milk
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda; stir in cheese.

2In another bowl, combine egg, sour cream, oil and milk; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.

3Turn onto a floured surface and knead gently 10-12 times.

4Gently pat out to 1/3 inch thickness. Cut with a 3 inch heart-shaped cookie cutter.

5Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 425° for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
