- 1/4 c. cooked rice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion flakes
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 eggs, separated
Directions

1Bring milk to a boil; stir in rice, stirring constantly.

2Add next 8 ingredients; stir well.

3Set aside.

4Beat egg whites until fluffy; set aside.

5Add egg yolks to cheese mixture; beat until well mixed.

6Fold in egg whites.

7Turn into prepared souffl dish sprayed with cooking spray.

8Bake in preheated 425° oven for about 30 minutes.
