  • bread (crust removed)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • melted butter or margarine
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese
  • dash of salt and red pepper

Directions

    Line sides and bottom of medium size casserole dish with bread dipped in melted butter or margarine.

    Mix other ingredients together and pour into bread-lined dish.

    Bake at 325° for 40 minutes or until firm.
