- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. shredded processed cheese
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- 1 egg white, beaten stiff
Directions

1Melt the butter.

2Blend in the flour; add the salt.

3Add the milk; stir smooth.

4Add the cheese; stir until cheese melts. Cool.

5Fold in the beaten egg yolk.

6Fold in the beaten egg white. Bake in ungreased casserole at 300° for 1 hour.

7Serves 1.
