  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. shredded processed cheese
  • 1 egg yolk, beaten
  • 1 egg white, beaten stiff

Directions

    Melt the butter.

    Blend in the flour; add the salt.

    Add the milk; stir smooth.

    Add the cheese; stir until cheese melts. Cool.

    Fold in the beaten egg yolk.

    Fold in the beaten egg white. Bake in ungreased casserole at 300° for 1 hour.
