- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 12 slices white bread (no crusts)
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Butter baking dish.

2Spread bread and alternate with grated cheese.

3Pour over milk and egg mixture.

4Store in refrigerator for one or two days.

5Then bake 1 hour at 300° to 325°.

6Serve with spinach souffle (frozen), spinach or broccoli.
