- 8 slices white bread, cubed (not crushed)
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheese
- 1/2 c. oleo, melted
- 2 c. milk
- 5 eggs
- salt to taste
Directions

1Arrange bread cubes in baking dish.

2Cover with cubed cheese. Beat eggs until foamy; add milk.

3Also add salt.

4Pour egg mixture over bread and cheese.

5Spread flat and smooth.

6Refrigerate overnight.

7Bake at 325° about one hour.
