  • 8 slices white bread, cubed (not crushed)
  • 1/2 lb. sharp cheese
  • 1/2 c. oleo, melted
  • 2 c. milk
  • 5 eggs
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Arrange bread cubes in baking dish.

    Cover with cubed cheese. Beat eggs until foamy; add milk.

    Also add salt.

    Pour egg mixture over bread and cheese.

    Spread flat and smooth.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 325° about one hour.
